Green clay contains many healthy minerals, cleanses the body, stimulates the immune system, and strengthens vitality. Almost every culture has clay or mud treatments in their medicinal traditions. Clay is a living, intelligent substance whose effects have never been replicated in the laboratory. No other substances have been added. Green clay is a good natural support for everyday (skin) problems.
Properties:
Slowly pour the desired amount of Vertargil green clay into a bowl (not metal) containing an equal amount of water. Let it settle for a while without stirring so the clay can absorb the water well. Pour off the excess water and the paste is ready for use. It is advisable to use purified or spring water, as tap water sometimes contains chlorine, which can adversely affect the clay’s effectiveness. The remaining clay can be stored, provided it is not sealed off and remains covered with a layer of water and exposed to light and air.
