Rubber scalpers to prevent damage to the coronet bands and bulbs of the hoof. The scalpers are best put on inside out over the hoof. Heating the scalpers in warm water first and optionally greasing the hooves makes putting them on easier. The scalpers stay securely in place. Made from 100% natural, safe, non-toxic rubber (PAH-free). Sold in pairs.
