Gepe Safe-T-Rider

Safety system for stirrup leathers. This helps prevent the rider's foot from getting caught in the stirrup during a fall. In principle, the safety hooks should open during a fall, but in practice, this often does not happen because the hook gets stuck or even blocks. The Safe-T-rider is placed in the safety hook of the stirrup leather so that the stirrup leather runs over it. The design of the Safe-T-rider ensures maximum pressure on the top of the tab that needs to open, making it easier to press down during a fall and allowing the stirrup leather to come off.
